UGC sponsored Centre for Women’s Studies established in 2004 is committed to advancing gender equality, women’s empowerment, and inclusive development through research, education, advocacy, and global collaboration. The Centre mobilize national and international funding to conduct research on critical women’s issues such as gender-based violence, economic empowerment, and social justice, while contributing to academic discourse through the publication of research papers, reports, and journals.
