Activities:
- I year students are provided 10 hours yoga training in I semester and II semester
- JOC and Add-one programmes are conducted to uplift the knowledge deeper in to Yoga
- Special yoga session such as mindfulness class, krida yoga, Cyclic meditation, DRT, NLP and PLP
- Certificate courses in Bhagavad Gita Education
- Advanced yoga practices to students and participation in National and International level competitions
- Yoga retreat programmes, visit to an Ashram, and various spiritual sessions along with sat sang
- Encouraging the students to the various level of activities such as competitions, seminars, workshops, symposiums, Yogic quiz, Yogic dance etc.,
