PSGR Krishnammal College for Women(PSGRKCW) always keep the educational interests of prospective students at the forefront of admission related practices. Our admission staff provides accurate and transparent information to assist prospective students in making informed decisions. This includes information about program(s), fees, and other details that will allow students to determine whether PSGRKCW is the right college for them. We strictly avoid favoritism and conform to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and service to students.
PSGRKCW does not pay commissions or bonuses or merit pay to an employee based on the enrolment or admissions responsibilities. We provide ample advice to prospective students, thereby reducing the need to rely on independent counselors or agents. PSGRKCW does not have a tie-up with any third-party service providers that charge students or parents for admission related information. The practice of paying staff or unaffiliated third parties for college admissions is strictly prohibited and any case of suspected fraud is investigated promptly.
Electronic copies of all supporting documents, such as academic transcripts and certificates, are required as part of the online registration process. PSGRKCW reserves the right to not admit any applicant who has provided either fraudulent or plagiarized information while registering online. The College also reserves the right to ask applicants for further information where there is suspicion/evidence of plagiarism or fraud. If discovered (found that that they deliberately submitted a fraudulent application) after the point of admission, the College reserves the right to terminate the students’ enrolment.
If a student is required to present the original documents, they must do so. If no response is received by the end of the 10 working-day period, the application will be automatically cancelled and the applicant will be informed of this outcome through phone or email.
The college has established a helpdesk contact admission office telephonically (+91 91500 95801,, +91 91500 95802,, +91 91500 95803) or send mail to admissionofficer.ug@psgrkcw.ac.in / admissionofficer.pg@psgrkcw.ac.in with an objective to guide the prospective students for addressing their queries or resolving their problems. It may also facilitate in resolving any unattended complaints at the admission level.
- Document submission: Related to the submission of duplicate mark sheets, transfer certificate, conduct certificate, and other admission related documents.
- Financial matters: Related to dues and payments for the admission process (tuition fee, library, hostels, etc.)
- Other issues such as favoritism by the admission staff, availability of transport etc.
In case of false complaint, the committee may take appropriate action against the accuser.
