The Department of BBA (International Business ) was established in the year 2006 and the Department of BBA(Retail Management) in the year 2007 with a vision to emerge as a leading teaching- learning department of management education in the country satisfying the interests of diverse set of students and equip them to meet the challenges in the global competitive environment. Its mission is to promote and manifest academic competence, managerial skills and entrepreneurial spirit of young students with a high sense of discipline and social relevance by providing a serene supportive environment through teaching, research and industry orientation and make them globally competitive. It has competent and experienced staff who are always available to facilitate the students. The department has a rich curriculum which satisfies the requirements of the growing industry and is regularly updated in consultation with the academicians and subject experts. The department arranges field visits at retail outlets for retail management students and at Container corporations for international business students. Eminent resource persons address the students on current developments. Students gain international exposure through the Study Abroad programmes to San Diego State University(US), Nottingham Trent University(UK), Help University(Malaysia).
